Weightloss Diary

Dear Diary,

Last nite i had fibre drinks b4 bed.. So s i wake up... all the mess in my stomach was flushed awayyy... yippie! I did this every weekend... not during weekdays/ working days.. coz am afraid if i hv to go to toilet so often. But this brand doesn't effect so hard on me like other brand i've tried b4.. i love it! Later when I'm free i'll upload the picture of the products in here.. wait aaa i promise!  ^_^

This morning aku goreng cekodok (tepung + kentang + bilis + bawang) = mabeles! Yes i know a BIG NO NO NO  in diet... aku mkn sket je... anak2 kasi perabih... diorg suke sgt... ok ptg ni kite main bola kat padang okay! hehe burn calories blk...

1 jam lps tu... during snack time aku makan (3in1 beras perang + spirulina) + oats + pisang = nak absorb blk minyak kat cekodok pagi tadi... teori den sendiri nih.

Diet ke Lautan Hindi mencari MH370. Pls come back. We miss u :(

Ahh lately diet ke laut. How? What shud i do? Any suggestion guys/gurls?

Cepat lapar.. Lebih kronik lagi, baru lps mkn ni tapi x rasa ape pun. Cth la smlm mkn 1 set of burger king sekali dgn fries n coke. Coke tu minum 2 sedut jela x minat sgt air gas. Tapi abis je mkn rasa mcm x mkn ape pun lg.. What happened to me? What's wrong?

Dear stomach pls be kind to me. Jgn mcm tu. Dh gumux dh ni.. Pls pls enibedi pls help me!!

Day 2 (040114)

Since yesterday, Danish and I have started our diet regime. what we did in order to get healthy? Now i have to prepare 2 kind of menus. 1 is diet menu and another 1 is regular menu for my hubby and dinie. Why? bcoz my hubby seems like lum dpt hidayah nak diet. or else dia rasa mcm still maintain kurus like 10 years ago in (2014 - 10 = year 2004) haha.. dinie my 2nd son tu memang dah keding. Me and danish ni je agak kritikal tahap kecomelan.

2004 tu aku masih kurus lg la. Baru2 kawin in 2001.. then lahirkan danish in 2002.. so 2004 tu metabolisme still ok. hubby pun 2004 tu main bola ngan kenkawan dia lum pancit lg.

Dulu puasa ganti or sunat isnin khamis pastu duk diam dah leh kurus. tapi skrg jgn buat psl.. metabolisme dah merudum.. kene keje keras lg nak kurus..

ok nak citer kaedah yg kitorg dah / sedang try untuk kurus ..

1. mlm td masak sayur brokoli + kobis bunga + karot + button mushroom. kitorg lebihkan mkn sayur skrg. nasi amik suku senduk je. pasni nk cut carbohydrates (nasi, roti, mihun, mee, kue tiow etc)

2. byk minum air masak

3. aku dah add fb kevin azhari (betul ker eja nih? ala instructor kesihatan yg femes tuh). danish lum add. dh berbuih aku suh add tak add2 lagik. nak kene budak tu.

4. nanti nk research how to join "jom kurus" by kevin tu. bila n di mana schedule program diorg. nak join nak join!!..

5. ok pepagi ni pulak me n danish g jog kat TTC bangi.hrp2 ade senamobik beramai-ramai tapi xde pulak. nest week kot. xpela dpt jog pun ok gak janji ade exercise for today.

6. yang bestnye azam kami berdua 2014 ni nak KURUS! dah lama aku ckp kat danish ajak diet. Nampaknye awal darjah 6 ni dia makin matured, rasa dah besar/senior kat sekolah. pastu rasa nak nampak smart. good boy. i'll give him full support to improve his confidence level.

ok lah semoga azam/ mission kami tercapai. nanti citer lagi.... tata..
